6.04.010 - Domestic fowls running at large prohibited.
It is unlawful for any person owning chickens, ducks, turkeys or other domestic fowls to allow the same to run at large in the streets or alleys, or upon private property other than the property of the owner, in the town of Naches, Yakima County, Washington.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

6.04.020 - Keeping of swine in town prohibited.
No person shall keep swine or construct or maintain any hog or pig pens within the corporate limits of the town, except by permission of the town council.
