2.16.010 - Creation—Members.
There is created for the town, a town planning commission to consist of five members who will be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the council.

2.16.020 - Terms of office.
The terms of office for planning commission members are:

| Positions 1, 2 & 3 | May 1, 1988 |
| Positions 4 & 5 | May 1, 1991 |
Thereafter the term of office for each appointive member shall be six years.

2.16.030 - Studies and recommendations.
The commission shall make all necessary studies of the physical development of the town, lay plans and make recommendations to the council for such development to accomplish planned growth. The commission shall make its recommendations to the council on proposed plats.

2.16.040 - Adoption by reference.
A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the town clerk, being designated Revised Code of Washington, §§ 35.63.010—35.63.120, is adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter.
