12.14.010 - Naches depot—Skateboarding prohibited.

Skateboarding or use of any nonmotorized equipment (recreation or otherwise) other than bicycles is prohibited on the Naches depot property. Bicycles are allowed within the parking area only, and may not be chained, lean up against, or otherwise be placed along any railing, parking area, or curb, other than in those designated portions of the Naches depot property. In no event are bicycles allowed to hinder entrance or exit to the Naches depot property, or the Naches depot building, including ramps, stairways, or other methods of ingress or egress to the property. Any person found in violation of this section shall be punished by a two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) fine. "Nonmotorized equipment" does not include any walker or other piece of equipment used in the event of injury, disability, or other medical purpose.
