12.12.010 - Times allowed to be in public parks.
The public shall be allowed in all parks in Naches at the following times:
| April 1st — September 30th |
6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. |
| October 1st — March 31st |
8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. |
The time shall be either daylight saving time or Pacific Standard time depending upon the time in effect on any date.

12.12.020 - Exceptions.
The Naches park and recreation district board may authorize individuals or groups of individuals to be in the park at other times but such authorization shall be given in advance of the occupancy.

12.12.030 - Violation—Penalty.
Any persons found in a park within Naches at any unauthorized hour shall be subject to a maximum fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
